1. Who’s invited to register?

If you are a UPCI North American Missionary and/or Church Planter, we ask you to register to be our guest! We will review your registration and notify you whether you and your family are approved to be sponsored to attend.  

If you are approved to attend as our guest, all expenses will be paid for you to attend. Registration will open February 1 online and will remain open until maximum capacity is reached.  Note-Registering does not guarantee you will be sponsored to attend the conference. We will notify all applicants whether or not you have been approved to attend as our guest. Following approval, you will receive more information which will include your hotel confirmation, details on reimbursement for travel, schedule, location of meals, and child care information.

2. What are the Dates and Conference Schedule?

Wednesday, August 12 through Friday, August 14, 2020 in Madison, MS 
(Registered Missionaries will arrive on Tuesday, August 11th for conference orientation, and depart Saturday, August 15th).  Public Services begin at 7:00 PM on Wednesday.  Services will also be at 9:30 AM (Thursday and Friday) and at 7:00 PM each night.

3. Where do you stay?

For those missionaries/church planters who register and are approved to attend, accommodations will be provided for you. The Apostolic Conference administrative staff will make all reservations for registered/approved attendees.  
 
For any out of town guests (non-registered) traveling to attend The Apostolic Conference in Madison, MS, we have negotiated special discounted rates at the Madison Hilton Garden Inn.  These rates are only reserved until July or until filled, so book early! 

4. Where do you eat?

Registered North American Missionaries/Church Planters will be served the best cuisine available! We have pre-arranged all meals for approved attendees. You will not need to worry about finding restaurants, or going anywhere on your own.  We have taken care of everything for you!

5. How do you get here?

If you are registered and approved to attend the conference, our travel agent will contact you to schedule your flight to the appropriate airport for the conference. If you are driving to attend the conference, please visit the FIND US page on the Parkway Church website for directions and maps. Once you arrive and check in, we will provide all transportation for the duration of the conference.  We look forward to meeting you!

6. What about my children?

We welcome the addition of children at our conference! We understand that the missions field includes the entire family. In preparation for their arrival, we have prepared age appropriate activities, food, and services with special speakers just for your children. Infants up to Grade 6 will have separate classes and services to attend while the parents are involved in the services (day and evening sessions). Teens Grades 7-12 are invited to participate in some of the main services with their parents to experience the Worship, Word, and move of the Spirit during these times. In addition, special teen-only events with guest speakers are also planned during the week. The Apostolic Conference is a family friendly environment!

Because of limited space and the preplanning required for daytime activities, ONLY the children of the registered and approved guests attending TAC will be included in the daytime services.  However, during the evening services, children's services are open to anyone attending.
